March – Best Practices

In my consulting practice, my team of 4 spend much of our time showing our clients what we consider to be best practices and refine those practices to fit each community and client. Since we are seldom hired to actually put the practices in place, the rub comes up in how well the community and staff implement the practices. I came across this short little article in the January/February issue of Training Magazine and have reproduced it below.
